But despite their tech- savvy background, they found the information available to consumers was woefully inadequate. The lack of transparency and safety of the food supply chain was a big revelation for them.

Determined to make a difference, they initiated research activities, aiming to develop solutions that could ensure food safety and sustainability. Their efforts were not just about leveraging technology for the sake of innovation but were driven by a belief in creating a safer, more transparent food ecosystem. Eventually, this passion outgrew the confines of their jobs, leading to the birth of Tralexho.
